Our mission is to help everyday people to get fitter, stronger and healthier - whether they’re serious recreational athletes or people who just want to make their body more capable and resilient. We believe one of the keys to a healthy mind is a healthy body! And we can also support you to lose weight, and stay motivated.

We work with anyone, and we have some speciality areas which are outlined below. Training can occur in the gym (49 Gladstone St Perth), at your home (for men 30-60 & adults 60+), or in a local park. Travel & Equipment fees apply for Home-based or Outdoor Training.

Runners and Multi-Sport Athletes

Head Coach Tim is a keen recreational runner - from 5K (PB - 19.18) to the half marathon (PB 1:33:50) - not bad for a 43 year old! This, plus his background in health sciences (BSc Physio) position him to help you increase your physical resilience to withstand training stress.

We want to help older adults stay mobile and stave off age-related disease like bone and muscle loss. Head coach Tim Karajas is well positioned to do this given his background in health sciences.

Online Coaching

Do you want to take your training to the next level with a little help and support but mostly under your own steam? What areas do we service?

Most of our clients access our personal training services in the inner city (Perth, Highgate, Leederville, Maylands, Mt Lawley, North Perth, Wembley, Subiaco) inner northern Perth (Mt Hawthorn, Osborne Park), and the north-eastern suburbs (Bayswater, Bassendean, Guildford, Ashfield).
