We have a YouTube Channel!

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been compiling our exercise instruction videos into a YouTube channel!

One of the things I’m hoping to achieve is to provide low-fuss, non-poserish, non-sensationalist exercise instruction videos to help everyday people with their training. That is, someone providing useful and sensible training input and who’s not making outlandish promises or presenting their message in a sexualised way (e.g. booty shorts, no top etc etc)
